This will trigger the transformation you'll see in 8 weeks.Manage Stress - In order to achieve success, we need a healthy dose of stress but not too much! Luckily the 8WC involves fun exercises with fun people in an awesome community. And that definitely helps with managing stress!Set Achievable Goals - Imagine what it will feel like to achieve your goals? (Or what will it feel like to not achieve your goals?) We'll help you understand the time commitment needed for you to achieve your goals. We will be honest about what it takes to achieve success in 56 days and challenge you to create realistic goals that results in lasting Transformation.Stay Motivated - With checkpoints and ongoing tracking, we help you stay motivated through the 8 weeks. Our BFT app allows you to see your HR, performance and calories for each session. You also get rewarded for each session with in-app medals based on your adherence to the prescribed HR zones.Have Fun - If the challenge is fun, you’re more likely to commit to the new lifestyle. We provide all the tools you need - from in-studio training programs for all fitness levels through to delicious daily meal plans and recipes and an abundance of nutritional and fitness advice. Whilst we provide you all the tools at your disposal, you have full control to make it happen. But we will be there and support you through every step of the way.Together, we can ensure you’re set up in the best way possible to make great changes in this 8 week period, across all fitness levels.What if I am new to fitness?
Our programs are catered for all fitness levels. All our coaches will modify exercises and provide appropriate regressions and progressions to suit YOU.
More importantly, using Heart Rate technology you will train according to your own specific heart rate. This ensures that each workout is individualised according to your fitness level.
Finally, our coaching team will be there to support you and teach you all the basics (from strength lifts, through to mobility and stretches).Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?
Sure do! we have a Vegetarian/Vegan stream which includes vegan options across the whole 8 weeks. You also have full control to swap out recipes for alternative options throughout your time in the challenge!What if I don't have the time to cook and prepare meals?
Not to worry, you can also purchase tasty, fresh, ready made meals through our partners which will be delivered to your door.How much does the challenge cost?
